Crowne Meetings Manager - has a high level of drive for results of Conference and Events, negotiating skills and creative selling abilities, the ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment, ability to lead and motivate team members. Preferably an Arabic speaker, female with at least 3 years of hotel Middle East experience an advantage.
Assistant Learning and Development Manager - has the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of training to our colleagues, strong and engaging personality, to contribute to the development and execution of the Company’s talent management strategy and implement talent framework to raise our colleagues’ capabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess of at least 3 years experience as an Asst. Learning and Development Manager role, preferably a female, with an international hotel company experience.
