With graduation season upon us, I want to take a moment to congratulate all the students who are entering this exciting new chapter of their lives. I offer this year's graduates the same advice I’ve shared with my daughters over the years — spend time figuring out what happens on the front lines, soak up every experience and don’t forget to celebrate your accomplishments. So much in life and in your career requires a village, so it’s important to be a team player and learn from every opportunity. Recognizing your team’s success and your role in it will keep you motivated and give you the confidence to tackle challenges as you progress in your career. Congratulations to the class of 2018! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish.
